Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your order’s delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number or Receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or Personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item or wrong size sent by us

Please contact our support team before sending any item back for an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
